I appreciated the convenient bus stations located right in front of the hotel. Airport access was simple. The breakfast offered fresh options plus very good coffee. There is ample parking next to the hotel, very convenient with rental cars.
The room lacked soundproofing. I heard a lot of noise from the street and corridors.

The breakfast offering included a good variety of items daily. the location had easy bus access to the airport. The bus stop was right outside the hotel. a beach is a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are nearby.
The rooms lacked sound isolation. I could hear all the street and hallway noise. the room smelled bad, like sewage. i reported this at the reception, but it wasn't resolved .

The staff were helpful. They were talkative. The double bed was actually a double bed unlike many hotels in spain. The location is well connected with buses to the airport.
The room had bad smells. The smell was like sewage. I complained at reception. They said it was the air conditioning.

the room faced the street , and the noise was constant. it was difficult to sleep well because of the traffic. the air conditioning made a strange noise intermittently. also , there wasn't any coffee available in the room , only tea.

our room faced the road, so street noise was noticeable. it felt as though i was sleeping right on the street. the hotel was fully booked, so another quieter room was unavailable.

the staff was very kind and always tried to enhance my experience. ismael and the cleaning staff ladies were nice, efficient, and kind every day. the hotel maintained pristine cleanliness. i found the beds very comfortable, as well as the showers and amenities.
the room was over the road so i could hear everything. it reminded me of i was sleeping in the street. the hotel was fully booked, so another quieter room wasn't possible.
